Emperor Baki, the Decadent Despot and self-proclaimed ruler of Dunghaven, rose to power as the tyrant of Dunghaven and soon after abolished the senate. With the Gahars on his side, the self-proclaimed emperor plunged the port into a maelstrom of misery and death. The formerly democratic township fell, and its people became slaves to their new decadent despot.
