-Added new game setting to allow toggle talk. (Holding down the talking key was very annoying)
-Fixed issue where hosts movement speed wasn't being affected by private game settings after first round
-Fixed issue where hunter could lean into the cabin to survive through a wall
-Fixed collision on cabins
Updated Nightime Loop
-Cabin Forces Player out at start and door shuts
-Once hunter looses sanity he has to return to the furthest cabin away from him
