Demo Rework Update

While we were hoping to release at the end of January, the demo isn't quite done cooking! Life gets in the way, slows things down, and not only do I have a tiny bit more of content to finish making, I have some features I'd like to implement before launch.

Thank you for everyone that's been waiting patiently for this, I'm so excited to share it with you! We're hopefully going to see a release by the end of February. In the mean time, you can wish list the new steam listing so you know the moment the demo is available!
