Thank you all for your continued support of Angel Wings. This patch brings the long-awaited Skip feature to the game. Special thanks to everyone who helped us by testing the Beta branch!
How Does Skip Mode Work?
Skip Mode can be activated from the menu bar or by pressing the K key on your keyboard. This is a toggle on/off feature that will automatically skip any text you have previously seen starting from today. Anything seen before today will not be in the log file.
The only exception in this case is when a character is met on Day 1 vs. Day 2 - even though these are similar, the game treats them as completely different occurrences.
To disable Skip mode, just press K again.
Help! My Saves Don't Work!
As mentioned in a previous update post, Patch 1.1 causes previous saves to be invalidated. This is due to altering the story file, which we cannot do without breaking old saves. However, if you'd like to continue your pre-1.1 playthrough, you can do so on the Legacy Branch.
Navigate to Angel Wings in your Steam library and right click > Properties:
Once the Properties Menu is opened, select the Betas option on the sidebar, and select "legacy" in the dropdown menu.
Once Steam is finished updating, you are officially on the Legacy branch! Don't forget to switch back once you're done!

New Features

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in Love storylines where choosing Hyedong at the hotel gala would act as if the player chose Jei.
- Jihyun will no longer appear on the beach if the player has not met her.
- Fixed an issue where the game would crash if attempting to open the History window when no text was present.
Miscellaneous
- The producers of Hot Take have remembered how to do math. They will also no longer advertise events that have already occurred.
