Update 1.0.7 - Bug fixes

Thank you for all your feedback and bug reports, I am working to address them all.

With version 1.0.7 I have taken care of display problems when playing with many players.
When I introduced the 32 player cap, I didn't think anyone would play with that many players, but you guys did :-)

So here are the fixes for lobby and endscreen.

Fix: Lobby and endscreen list cannot hold more than 8 players
Fix: Ping in lobby incorrect
Fix: FOV and Gamma not always applied
Improve downtown map respawn location
