LIVERY SHARING
Added a system for distributing liveries from player to player.
If You want to distribute You can mark the livery you want to give away in Livery Workshop > Share The Livery Of This Car.
You can buy liveries of other players in Main Menu > Sharing Livery.
Just make sure that you currently have the same car selected for which the purchased livery is made.
The livery store bank is accumulated for each player individually - liveries are added when meeting a dealer player in the game world.
When changing game server or restart the game all accumulated liveries in the bank are retained.
