It's been a heady year of Early Access, from substantial campaign expansions and new flora, fauna, and firearms, to our pioneering AI-Powered NPCs feature launched over summer. But here we are, finally ready to announce:

Cygnus Enterprises is launching in full today!

As with the Lava Update earlier this year, the full launch is accompanied by more new guns, new gear, new enemies (and bosses!), new environments, new buildings for your base, and new missions that bring the Cygnus story to its thrilling climax and conclusion. To all our players who've supported us this past year through Early Access, we extend our most heartfelt thanks at your faith in our game, and invite you to hop back into the world of Cygnus to experience the dramatic finale for yourselves!

The full game now contains 30 story missions as well as dozens of side missions that deliver 20-30 hours of action-packed gameplay, and over 100 weapons to lay waste to crystal-infected creatures and hostile alien anomalies that get in the way of corporate profits. On the base management side, new planters, fish farms and mining towers add an extra layer to resource gathering operations.

Of course, the AI NPCs feature, which allows players to voice chat with NPCs freely (whether to order them around or just have a free-wheeling conversation about whatever you feel like chatting about!), can be enabled throughout these new missions and indeed through the entire game from start to finish, but now requires an account with Inworld, which entitles you to 5000 free monthly interactions. Alternatively, traditionally scripted and voiced dialogue will always be available.
