Pad Support! — TYPECAST News

I added pad support. It's pretty fun. Harder and easier in its own way. I THINK that KBM players will still outclass pad players by a lot, but I'm not totally sure. If that is the case I will implement a gamepad only leaderboard.

I didn't add a tutorial that covers pad controls, but I will. Until then y'all will figure it out, I'm sure. Or not. Whatever.

Added a new control settings menu to the options menu.
Added gamepad support. Includes support for Michaelsoft, Sunny, and Pretendo button layouts.
Added an option to lock the mouse to the game window. Defaults to off.
Fixed audio bug on the Leaderboards and Credits screen.
I think I fixed some other stuff, but I took a week off and forgot everything. I don't recognize any of this code.
