There is a Cheats.txt file in the game directory which contains all the cheat commands.

Added new console (F1)
Added more cheat codes
Removed old cheat system
Increased SCP-049 A.I. level in Official Scenarios
Fixed bug with SCPs getting stuck after killing an NPC
Fixed bug with SCP-173 being unable to kill an NPC
Fixed bug with getting "Scenario X" achievement when cheating
Fixed bug with Aika not having correct animations
