Minor update, fixes a couple of bugs found in the recent 0.2.5 patch.

- Added Fog and Ambient Sounds back to Fellvern Map
- Added Door LODs

- Fixed Inventory Item Click Stutter
- Fixed Entity Information not Synced to Clients when Spawned/Despawned
- Fixed Crate UI Freezing when Despawned while Viewing
- Fixed Airdrop Loot not Synced to Clients

- Removed Player List Toggle (Disabled)
