Grandiose 4.18 — Grandiose News

Hello, after a long time dedicated to my other and future project Sunlight Soccer, I am back here with a radical update on Grandiose. It makes major changes to the game, and a great simplification of certain parts. This is to facilitate access to the game, which is currently too complex and elaborate, sometimes unnecessarily. Some parts were imagined before the game looked like anything and so I took a lot of perspective on that.

This update aims to make the game simpler, more fun, and more intuitive, I would like to refocus the game on online fun and strategy. I plan to continue working on the strategic aspect, to make it the major aspect of the game.

- Suppression of thirst, and therefore of the water purifier and drinking water.
- Removed 25 steps from the tutorial.
- Removed the crafting table
- Removal of the toolbox.
- Merger of build and toolbox menus
- Removed island menu
- Removed mineral powder, concrete and ties resources, as well as Cloth.
- Removed the friend tent.
- Removal of detached doors and windows; they are attached to their walls.
- Removed ties and foliage resources for a single thread resource.
- Removal of the stamina.
- Removal of the botanical table
- Removal of traps
- Trees and vegetation are removed from the craft. They are accessible by harvesting a seed that you have planted.
- Fixed a bug on object destruction
- Mechanical devices make less noise.
- New introduction to starting the game, taken from the symphonic poem Heldenlied, by Antonin Dvorak.
