Quick patch to address player feedback and things I have personally taken note of when watching streamers.

Tweaks/Changes

Increased the size of the bubbles' hitboxes to address players feeling like their clicks weren't registering.
Slowed the bubbles down a little bit more.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a spelling mistake.
