* Special effect rare items under the Intel class have been added for when your reputation with the supply nation is high enough.
* Ammunition has been added to the game and changes how much a country will pay for weapons based on weapon to ammo supply.
* You can now upgrade vehicles after you construct them with SMUG except for a few vechicles.
* Saved games will now update to be compatible with new versions automatically.
* Menus will only organize when pressing their keybind instead of every time a new menu opens.
