New Supreme Ruler features expand on the Diplomatic Trading system to offer additional treaties and sharing of information. Players can choose to allow other regions to see their known technologies, unit designs, units in reserve, and resource stockpiles, and a much greater variety of Diplomatic treaties and offers are possible.
