I've updated the game with some more fixes:

You can now change the resolution of the game in the settings menu. (Not supported in Borderless Window mode)
Blocking Toby's strikes in training should no longer be an issue for anyone.
Fixed a bug with the outfit system that prevented belts from being stored in the outfits.
Puppet level: You can no longer fall off the floor.
