Patch notes for version 2.2.1

Replaced "Ghost" with Turbo Mode. Nobody liked ghosts, including me. Turbo Mode allows you to jump cancel or dash cancel on hit, once per combo.

Nerfed Spear side attack. Reduced hitbox size.
Nerfed Spear up attack. Reduced hitbox size.
Nerfed Fist side attack. Reduced damage and hitbox size.
Nerfed Fist up attack. Reduced hitbox size.
Buffed Fist neutral attack. Increased hitbox size.

That's it! Have fun! Or don't! I don't care!
