Episode 5 Release Notes — The Descendant News

THE DESCENDANT Episode 5: Ultimatum, Directed by Hollywood Film Director Frank Coraci has been released. This episode brings the conclusion to the first season of the game. Please note we have made several improvements throughout the game with this new episode release.

NEW FEATURES

The office space and water heating are of Episode 1 have been improved with new interactions.

FIXES

Episode 1, Screenshots for Chapters 02 and 03 now display correctly.
Episode 1, Mac only: reloading the 4th chapter now works as intended.
Episode 3, an issue with the buttons displayed while playing in the Decontamination Shower puzzle has now been fixed.

KNOWN ISSUES

General, when playing with a controller we strongly recommend playing in full-screen mode as window mode can cause several issues where the input of the controller would not get recognized by the game.
Episode 5, In rare cases, during the final interrogation scene the music volume might be too low. If this happens, the current workaround is to go back to the main menu and reload the scene.
