I have managed to get the L2 development environment going again, so have created a few patches to allow players to finalise the Texas and Vampires modules.

This patch includes fixes to assign the missing roads to contracts to enable fixing.
Also a few of the businesses were in one-way streets or on disjointed roads.

Hope you enjoy getting to the end of these for 100%.
