This build finally implements most of the Steamworks stuff, including Multiplayer. This is a complete rewrite of the Steam code, so anything unexpected is likely a new bug.

Also in this release:

- Allow getting armour in sizes for your pets.
- Add another use for oil, remove an abuse for lamps
- Pixie spawn fix
- Tweaks of visuals of powerstone, golden items, gnomethrone, danger frame,
