(一)新增項目：

完成任務「醫手，毒手」後，藏花草棚觸發新任務。

完成任務「華月凝眸」後，先民遺跡之所觸發新任務。

完成任務「青城之謎」後，下河村觸發新任務

大研鎮和石家莊的行醫郎中分別可以觸發事件，觸發條件玩家請自行探索。

新增之天王護心丹配方，可由場景探索獲得。(圖中標記之區域)

(二)其它項目：

調整任務「南詔段思平」之子任務「前往天龍寺」難度顯示。

調整任務「山魈惡鬼」之子任務「趕回禾家馬幫」難度顯示。

修正司徒荊好友任務「小毒牙」對話中，角色出現時機錯誤的問題。

修正任務「一世富貴能幾世」之子任務「溜進旁系院子」進行中，有可能觸發段思平或何紫菀好友任務的錯誤。
