Update! Keybindings and Resolution Settings Are Back!

We've update Receiver to get some long-requested features back since they were originally disabled with the Unity engine upgrade.

Switched to the new Unity Input system, with it comes the ability to more easily rebind inputs, which there's now a menu for
Added quality and resolution settings to the in-game menu
Made improvements that should positively effect performance for longer runs
Fixed the full auto mode on the Glock is now functional again
Updated the Unity Engine to version 2019.4.15f1
