Mac update!

The Shivah has now been updated for Mac! This fixes a large number of problems including:

Can now switch freely between full screen and windowed mode.
Game now runs reliably
Right-click works
System cursor no longer displays at the same time as game cursor
Cursor no longer "sticks" to edge of screen
