Last night we released a hotfix that fixed a couple of issues including:

• Progress towards the Commando skill now counts all boss kills (not just kills with apex weapons)
  
• Fixed a framerate problem in Invasion maps when the language is Russian, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese.
