v1.16 Added option to disable smooth mouse look

Version 1.16 is now live. Some Witch Hunt players don't like default mouse look behavior that is used in Witch Hunt. I've finally find a way to add mouse look option that feels more raw and precise. I personally prefer default mouse look behavior, but if you're one of those players who felt that mouse look in Witch Hunt feels a bit unresponsive you can get more raw/precise camera movement by disabling "Smooth mouse look" in game options menu.
