We released a small patch to address open issues:

Tutorial 6 now ends reliable (100% chance that the bandit camp gets discovered)
Harbor can now be reached by all Townies
Went through the quest scripts to hopefully fix all problems with some quests like bandit raids, earn prestige or merchant not coming to town anymore
Fixed a problem with Vsync not saving/working correctly
