Another hotfix ready to hit the shelves!

Re-Added Steam Workshop import (now asks for import if it notices a change in files)
World now automatically unhides when entering test mode
FPS and Version display over UI items properly
Fixed issue where chat would display messages twice/thrice in some instances
Fixed Gun-Sounds looping in builder
Fixed Error-spam with SnowMod on initialization (which slowed down execution)
Added `Inventory.curGadget` reference (gameObject)
Fixed Seat rebinding bug introduced in Hotfix 5
