- Added: Information overlays. In SELECT mode, hover to the right side of the screen to enable overlays. Current available overlays are:
- Road traffic
- Pedestrian traffic
- Parking usage
- Squalor
- Profit

- Changed: Some minor graphical tweaks to the UI to make it less 'flat'.
- Changed: Drivers now prefer surface parking over underground within a certain distance.
- Fixed: Wall shading when building walls over areas without foundations but surrounded by foundations.

- Added: You can now customize and rename characters (click on their portrait on the character panel).
- Added: A menu to mass transfer all staff from one business to another (Manage > Staff > Transfer all staff).
- Added: You can now ban one job candidate per day. They won't show up as a job candidate ever again.
- Changed: You can now disable cosmetic mods in-game.
- Changed: The squalor overlay now displays the area of efficiency of your maintenance centers.
- Changed: Litter now properly contributes to the squalor overlay.
- Changed: Removed the Bus driver strike event as it was excessively punitive.
- Changed: The 'Link storage' button now always blinks when there is no storage linked (previously only blinked during the tutorial).
- Changed: Twitch integration now works differently to better accommodate chats with thousands of users.
- Changed: Customers now do a head wobble whenever they're finishing checkout.
- Changed: The gaps in the top-right UI no longer register as map interaction.
- Fixed: The thief 'bubble' sometimes not showing up.
- Fixed: The outdoors sound (birds and crickets) playing excessively.
- Fixed: Fine dining patrons losing their legs while going to their table.
- Fixed: Faulty UI text priorities.
- Fixed: Various minor graphical glitches.

- Added: 2 new music tracks by David Gonzalez.
- Changed: When loading/starting a new game, the music will start at a random track (unless the tutorial is active).
- Fixed: Some passengers never being picked up in a specific bus stop configuration.
- Fixed: Faulty movie projector highlight on very large theaters.
- Fixed: The squalor overlay omitting dirty cells when under a maintenance center's efficiency area.
- Fixed: Some typos in english and french languages.
- Fixed: Minor graphical glitches.
