This release contains exploit fixes. We also put some fixes for blocks and updated EAC. We do not believe this update will require a wipe.

- Exploit Fixes
- Blocks can no longer be removed from land that is owned by an enemy guild.
- Failed block removal will no longer generate a free block.
- Updated EAC

*Edit - Additional Patch*

- Fixed a positional error in the block placement ownership checks.
- The lobby menu will refresh properly when it is first opened.
