We're aware that there is an issue with the customer bonus multipliers not being applied when received. We understand this is very confusing and appears to be detrimental to play. Our design team checked into this and the good news is that the tuning and balance was done with this issue applied so you aren't being blocked from progressing.

You will be able to play as usual, just without those multipliers applying. Because of the mixup here's the hot tip straight from our designers: Focus on Kittyland, it's the best business for this event. You'll have opportunities to trade Roc Pile related cards for Kitty Land related cards so take advantage of those!
