User interface polish and improvements, including fixes for:
- issue with fitout not loading properly after going to intensity screen from game over banner
- ufo laser behaviour to maintain aim
- hide purple backdrop when continuing daily mission
- carousel resetting to home position when removing head pack after buying all items in pack
- daily mission coin collection going into negative
- fly through rings out of order false success
- added ‘resume’ and ‘end game’ buttons to pause menu on desktop
- leaderboards being broken in some circumstances.
