Yesterday, near the end of the day, we dropped a quick hotfix after noticing issues with players' previous saves following the fixes to minor factions and Lord's States.
Now you shouldn't have any issues continuing your game with the fixes.

Fixed saves not loading because of Lord Estate and minor faction villages
Fixed bridges not showing red when trying to place it on a tile without a river (Thanks DayBot_N for the report!)
Improved visuals on tier 2 and 3 hero’s dens
