We’ve just released Hotfix #47 for Alaska Gold Fever, bringing another round of fixes, optimizations, and small improvements to make your time in Alaska smoother.
This hotfix focuses on several visual and performance improvements, as well as fixes to animals, sounds, NPC dialogue, and other small details.
🛠️ Patch Notes - Version 2026.09.25.03
- Removed invisible rocks and planks.
- Fixed door opening/closing sounds
- Fixed deers behavior
- Optimized hanging chain mesh
- Improved support beam texture resolution
- Optimized terrain near the bandit camp and Serpent Mine
- Doubled the display time for NPC dialogue
- Increased the size of item stack count text
- Reduced the distance at which a deer can detect the player
- DLC - Optimized mesh and texture resolution for the wood cart model
- DLC - Optimized mesh and texture resolution for the track model on the road to Serpent Mine
- Optimized mesh and texture resolution for the pine tree model
- Fixed item name updates in shops after changing the game language
- Crossbow string is now taut after reloading
- Fixed bridge structure in Farm Mine
- Fixed support placement on upward-sloping segments
- Rocks requiring a Drill to destroy can now be destroyed with a pickaxe after collapsing
