Our latest update for Revenge of the Mage is here! This update brings performance improvements, adjustments to the Gearheart boss fight, more reliable saving, and a range of gameplay, audio, UI, and localization fixes.
We’ve also added an optional in-game feedback survey to make it easier for you to share your thoughts with us. Check out the full patch notes below

The public-test branch is now active with work-in-progress content.
Added the Gearheart Boss achievement.
Fixed a placeholder objective name in CloudTown.
Reduced performance hitches during Gearheart's ability casts.
Fixed issues with Gearheart's phase transitions.
Fixed issues with Gearheart's ability animations.
Rebalanced Gearheart's health and DPS check, and updated the appearance of its DPS bars.
Gearheart now recovers faster after Overload before using its next ability.
Polished sound effects in CloudTown cutscenes.
Added music variations across levels and new ambient sound variations.
Polished hub audio: reworked pet animation sounds, added sounds for information areas and closed portals, and improved environmental audio.
Reworked sound effects for equipping gold and gems.
You now start every arena at full health.
Level-up card selection now waits until the boss cinematic has finished.
Fixed the game freezing when paused during a cinematic.
Fixed leap abilities (Lava Leap, Arcane Jump, Static Leap) not ending properly when interrupted.
Improved navigation in Gothic Cathedral so enemies can move around the arena more reliably.
Fixed visual issues with materials in Pyramid and with fake light materials.
Saving is now crash-safe. Damaged save files are automatically recovered to prevent progress loss.
Fixed older saves resetting your ability loadout.
Fixed gold sometimes failing to load.
The Cartographer achievement now requires clearing every arena in order during a single run.
The Speed Demon achievement now unlocks only when you clear an arena, rather than on the death screen.
The Reroll achievement now unlocks only when you perform an actual reroll.
The Calculated Chaos achievement streak now resets when you die.
All card names and descriptions are now translated into all 8 languages.
Fixed long translations being cut off in menu titles, the options screen, and the craft and deck screens.
Passive cards on the HUD now display how many times you've picked them and their maximum stack count (∞ for unlimited).
Passive card rarity frames on the HUD are now more vivid, and their icons fit properly inside the frames.
The Archetypes screen now displays your current gold.
The craft window no longer displays resource requirements for max-tier items.
Fixed an incorrect icon for the Shocked status effect.
Fixed the Gothic Cathedral loading screen image not appearing.
Added an optional in-game feedback survey. It is offered in the hub and can also be opened using the new Survey button in the main menu. Nothing is sent unless you submit it.
The Render Scale setting now applies correctly. On first launch, it is set automatically based on a quick hardware check.
Builds now include pre-built shader data, and new levels remain on the loading screen until that data is ready. This significantly reduces stuttering when you first play.
For new players, the frame rate is now capped at the display's refresh rate. A VSync option has also been added to the Graphics settings.
Improved performance with anti-aliasing set to Low.
Improved performance for Fire robe effects: spark lights now appear only at Cinematic effects quality, while the heavier Ember Shot impact effects appear only at High and above.
Reduced video memory usage by roughly 200 MB in arenas.
