Fixed trees and other objects flickering on the Stalingrad airfield when the tree render range is set above Default.

Newly added DLC aircraft are now also available to bots.
Fixed a number of race conditions that could break the controls setup wizard flow.
Replaced the parked aircraft models in Test Flights with the Yak-9T and I-16 type 27.
Fixed a bug that could occasionally cause the Flight Menu to close unexpectedly during flight.
Fixed a bug that would sometimes block subsequent contact searches.
