🌟 Highlights

🧬 Mutated Bloodlines

• 🆕 New — About 1 wild beast in 4,096 is born with a mutated bloodline. There are three kinds: Mutated Bloodline (89% of them), Ancient Bloodline Mutation (10%) and Primordial Bloodline Mutation (1%). The rough odds per beast are 1 in 4,600, 1 in 41,000 and 1 in 410,000.
  
• 🆕 New — A mutated beast has perfect stats, at the top of its species' range. An Ancient mutation adds another 25% and a Primordial one another 50%. Its feeding ceiling rises by the same amount.
  
• 🆕 New — You don't catch it with a seal. Kill it and it joins you. It goes to the cultivator who dealt the most damage and is still in the room. The kill also pays its normal loot and XP. Seal throws and Blood Sever are refused on a mutated beast, so nobody can steal it at low HP.
  
• 🆕 New — A mutated beast is never lost to a full Soul Space. It goes over your cap instead.
  
• 🆕 New — When one appears, the world map circles roughly where it was seen and names its direction from the nearest city. A Mutated rumour goes to chat, an Ancient one scrolls across the top of the screen, and a Primordial one shakes it. You can dismiss a rumour. An unclaimed beast wanders off after 24 hours.
  
• 🆕 New — Mutated beasts carry their tier's colour and badge in Soul Space and on the player market. Selling one keeps the mutation.
  

🪷 Black Lotus Intel

• 🆕 New — Look for Trade for Intel in the Shadow Hall of the Black Lotus Tea House. One cultivator buys a dossier for 500 Celestial Jade, and every cultivator in the realm fights with it.
  
• 🆕 New — Beast Tide cards, per tier: Weak Points (+5% damage to tide beasts), Attack Patterns (−5% damage taken), Butcher's Ledger (+10% tide loot chance) and Beast-Luring Incense (tide beasts respawn 10% faster).
  
• 🆕 New — Riftwalker Invasion cards, per tier: Riftwalker Anatomy (+5% damage, gates and the Warlord included), Warlord's Tactics (−5% damage taken, rift bleed and gate reflect included), Salvager's Chart (+10% rift loot chance) and Rift-Calling Incense (riftwalkers respawn 10% faster).
  
• 🆕 New — Anytime cards, per tier: Assassin's Notes (+5% damage in every fight, the Xuantian Tower included), Survivor's Creed (−5% damage taken), Fence's Eye (+10% loot chance on every kill), Fighting Will (−10% KO time, so 60s becomes 30s at Tier V), Merchants' Debt (+10% spirit stones from vendors) and Elders' Ledger (+10% sect mission contribution).
  
• 🆕 New — Every purchase adds 2 hours to the card. Only a buyer who hasn't bought that card yet raises its tier, up to Tier V. When a card runs out, its buyer list clears and the next purchase starts again at Tier I.
  
• 🆕 New — You can buy event cards before the event. Their time waits for the tide to march or the rift to open, and can't run past the event's end. Anytime cards start immediately and can bank up to 24 hours.
  
• 🆕 New — Each purchase is announced to the whole realm with the buyer's name. Hover a card to see who shared it. A chip in the top bar and a strip in combat show what is running. Vendor prices in your bag and rewards on the sect board show the boosted numbers.
  
• 🆕 New — Intel adds to your other bonuses instead of multiplying on top of them. +20% from your sect plus +5% from intel is +25% damage. Anytime cards stack with an event's own cards the same way: +25% and +25% is +50%.
  
• 🆕 New — The combat log's hit breakdown names the intel's share, for example "+50 from Black Lotus Intel (+5%)".
  

🎨 Cosmetics

• 🆕 New — 20 new auto-attacks, 10 melee and 10 ranged, at 600 Celestial Jade each. Each one has its own hit reaction and kill finisher, not just a trail.
  
• 🆕 New — Your companion can wear cosmetics too. A pet has its own auto-attack slot (melee or ranged, depending on its reach), its own frame, and, for the dragon auras, its own aura. Find them on the new Companion tab in Customize, or on a beast's Appearance panel in Soul Space.
  
• 🆕 New — One cosmetic can only be worn by one of you. Equipping it on your pet takes it off you, and the other way round.
  
• 🆕 New — Beast skins. Give your companion the look of any of 128 wild species, for 1,000 Celestial Jade each, from Blessing Shop → Cosmetics → Beast skins. Pick the look and the combat form it shows on the beast's Appearance panel in Soul Space. Your companion wears the skin in the meadow too.
  
• 🆕 New — Approved legacy beasts can be skins as well, and each new one joins the shelf once it is approved.
  
• 🔄 Change — Ranged auto-attacks now land with weight: the target freezes for an instant and the shooter recoils. This applies to every ranged auto, including the older ones and a plain shot.
  

🐾 Spirit Beasts

• 🔄 Change — A captured beast now keeps 90% of its wild speed. Every other stat still keeps 75%. Speed affects both hit chance and how often enemies swing, so the same cut hurt a pet more on speed than on any other stat.
  
• 🔄 Change — Pets you already own have had their speed raised to match.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — A beast slowed during the fight kept that slowed speed after capture. Captures now take the beast's stats from when it spawned.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Soul-type pets' attacks could miss. Spirit damage is never dodged, same as for wild beasts. A soul pet's untagged skills now deal spirit damage like the wild beast's do, and Soul Bite now deals spirit damage.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Ranged pets reached about half as far as the same beast does when it shoots at you in the wild. They now have the full wild range.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — The combat log now calls your pet by its nickname, not its species.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Boss dungeons, inheritance trials and the Clan Village said "Captured!" but the beast never arrived in Soul Space. All three now save the capture. Any place that can't keep a capture now refuses the seal before it is used.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Receiving, buying or claiming a beast now counts the extra Soul Space you get from Dao Insight. Before, the market thought your Soul Space was fuller than it was.
  

📖 Spirit Codex

• 🆕 New — Auto apply spends your banked kills on the cheapest next study across every species. Studies you have dismissed stay dismissed.
  
• 🆕 New — Search now matches beasts' art names and descriptions. A new Sort menu orders the list by name, HP, ATK, DEF, SPR or SPD.
  

🕊️ The Courier & Sending

• 🆕 New — You can now send beasts to Fellow Daoists. Use the Send Beast tab on their profile, or the button on their Fellow Daoist card. The beast arrives through the Courier like any parcel. If the recipient's Soul Space is full, they can't claim it yet and it waits for them.
  
• 🆕 New — You can sort by ATK, SPR, DEF, HP or SPD when choosing an item to send or to list.
  
• 🔄 Change — The Courier lights up as soon as something is sent to you. It used to check once a minute.
  

💬 Chat

• 🆕 New — A Bugs tab for bug reports. It keeps history like the other rooms (7 days, last 50 lines) and doesn't add to the unread count on the chat button.
  
• 🆕 New — You can link an item in Trade chat. An item in your ring has a Trade chat link that posts it. The name appears in its grade colour. Hover or click it to see the item's stats at your own realm.
  
• 🆕 New — Advertise in LFG. An open Demon Subjugation hunt with a free slot can post itself to LFG as a card with a Join button, once a minute.
  
• 🆕 New — Hunt Chat. Each Demon Subjugation hunting party now has its own chat.
  

🏪 The Player Market & Auctions

• 🆕 New — The Heir's Keeping. Items and beasts you left unsold on the market are no longer destroyed when you reincarnate. Visit a market in your next life and the old merchant recognises you and hands them over. They are kept for a year, and until you collect them they still take up listing slots.
  
• 🆕 New — Two things still don't carry over. Spirit stones from a sale that completes after your rebirth are lost, and items consigned to auction are still destroyed.
  
• 🔄 Change — Listings now show the same stat line as your bag. Soul Guard, a slip's tier and potency, tonics, fruit XP, relics and rings were missing before.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — New listings could be missing from the board. On 24 September most of the board went empty because old finished sales crowded out the live listings. The board now reads newest first, and finished listings clear themselves after an hour.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — The Cancel button in My Trades sometimes did nothing.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — A listing cancelled at the moment it sold or expired could hand the goods out twice. Only one of the two now goes through.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — If a listing expired while someone was buying part of it, the seller could get back the units that had just been sold.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Auctions. Cancelling a bid from two windows at once refunded the deposit twice. Joining during a rush could charge you without giving you a seat. Now you are only charged when you get a seat, and deposits left over from a failed join are refunded the next time you join.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — The auction's "everyone ready" vote only counted players on one server. It now counts the whole hall.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — An item waiting for auction review could expire and disappear. Items waiting for review no longer expire.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — A server restart during an auction could pay out the same deposit or fee twice, or bring back a finished sale. Every payout now happens once.
  

⚒️ Crafting

• 🔄 Change — The forge fee is now charged for each craft as it finishes, which is what the popup always showed. Before, a batch was only charged once: 30 weapons were quoted 6,300 stones and cost 210. If you run out of stones partway through, the batch stops the way it does when you run out of materials, and you keep everything already made.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Mid-grade elixirs and pills from a batch sold to vendors for less than low grade. They now sell for more. Gear and enchant scrolls are unchanged.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — New crafts added to an old stack took on the stack's old sell price. The stack now keeps whichever price is higher.
  

🎒 Gear & Inventory

• 🆕 New — Gear now shows Dao Forge gains separately from refine stars, and each inscription as its own chip. This appears in your bag, on the equipped card and on the market. Before, the ★ line included the forge gain.
  

🌀 Arts

• 🔄 Change — Each art ★ now multiplies the art's damage or healing by 5%, for +25% at five stars. Before, a star added to a stat pool, which came to less than 1% per star for most cultivators. The Force figure on the art card and on the leaderboard now matches.
  
• 🔄 Change — The player-made arts that were raised to the six-second minimum cooldown have been rebuilt around six seconds. They now hit harder and cost more qi, which brings their damage per second back to 96–99% of what their creators designed.
  
• 🆕 New — You can lock an art. A locked art can't be dismantled or forgotten.
  
• 🆕 New — Dismantle all dismantles every art that is not locked, slotted, on your War Wheel, being studied, or a Cloud art. It shows the essence you will get before you confirm.
  

⚔️ Combat

• 🛠️ Fix — Melee monsters walked into the middle of your character before attacking. They now stop at your edge. About eight can reach you at once, and the rest circle around. Monsters also no longer lose track of you after a few seconds of standing on you.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — After an auto-hunt stopped, equipping gear said "leave combat", and Leave did nothing. Switching to a character in a map, beast tide or Clan Village fight now takes you to that fight. A refused equip now offers Go to that fight, and the server properly ends a fight once you have left it.
  
• 🆕 New — On the V2 combat bar, hover a pill to see its effect, count and cooldown. Click it to change the pill in that slot.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Clicking a gather spot with another player standing on it opened that player's menu. It now walks you to the spot.
  

🧭 Auto-Explore & Hunting

• 🆕 New — An MP slider under the MP band dropdowns lets you set any cap between the band's floor and ceiling.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — A hunt that stopped early was blamed on your hunting window, for example "away longer than your window" after 7 hours on a 36-hour window. The card now says the hunt ended early, and you keep everything you earned before it stopped.
  

🗺️ The Map

• 🆕 New — A Gates button next to My Position lists every gate and takes you to one from anywhere on the map.
  
• 🆕 New — Inheritance markers now show the highest realm that can still claim them, for example "Foundation Establishment HS5".
  
• 🔄 Change — Transportation Array buttons show the destination city's name and a compass direction instead of an id like "t3_north".
  
• 🛠️ Fix — A Gathering whisper could show as active in the Tea House but be missing from the map, or disappear right after you bought it. Expired whispers also kept taking up a slot. Both are fixed.
  

📜 Kill Orders

• 🛠️ Fix — Kill-order rogues piled up 5–10 to a hex. Each rogue now goes to the eligible hex with the fewest rogues. A room shows all of your own rogues and at most two of other players'.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Kill-order rogues showed up in the Tea House as boss whispers and counted toward your whisper limit. They no longer do. You manage them from the City Lord's Mansion.
  

🗼 The Xuantian Tower

• 🛠️ Fix — A floor you had already cleared could pay its clear reward again. Each floor now pays its clear reward once per life. Kills on the floor still drop loot as usual, and a new life pays again.
  

🏛️ The City Lord's Mansion

• 🆕 New — In the Supply Depot, grade chips filter the list, and Donate All can donate one grade at a time ("DONATE ALL MID-GRADE").
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Heavenly Dao Fruits from the Mansion couldn't be fed to the Qi Extractor. Now they can.
  

🧘 Training Hall

• 🛠️ Fix — The Wind Walking Hall trains Soul Guard (a soul fire burns you, hotter on higher floors), but the hall never said so. The hall card and help text now say it, and the chamber stats strip now has Soul Force and Soul Guard rows.
  

🏯 Sects

• 🆕 New — A dot on the World Map sidebar row shows when your sect tree has a node you can afford.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Patrol missions said "kills or gathers", but only kills ever counted. They now say kills.
  

💧 Dao Insight

• 🛠️ Fix — After a rebirth, Bottomless Reservoir (Dao Insight's max qi) gave only part of its bonus, because it was staged like the percentage bonuses. It now applies in full. The Qi card on the Daoist Path shows it as its own line.
  

👥 Characters & Soul Clones

• 🔄 Change — The button now reads Buy Soul Clone Slot · 500, because it buys a slot. Then press Form this soul on the empty slot to create the character.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — A slot purchase refused for lack of jade still ticked the checklist step, so it looked bought. The step now ticks only after a real purchase. The button is also greyed out when you're short, and says how much jade you need.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — After you bought a slot, the Main Menu still showed the old number of slots.
  

🔰 The Tutorial

• 🛠️ Fix — "Swallow the Heaven's First Breath pill" could stay stuck after you had eaten the pill. It now ticks itself the next time you log in.
  

🏆 Leaderboards & Profiles

• 🛠️ Fix — Leaderboards only read the first 1,000 characters. They now read every character.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — View Profile showed the base avatar instead of the variant the player wears.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Another cultivator's stat breakdown opened behind their profile window.
  

🌠 World Events

• 🆕 New — World treasures you missed while offline, like an Origin Blood dropping, now show when you log in, oldest first. This covers treasures found after this patch, and the first time it looks back up to 7 days.
  

🌐 Languages

• 🆕 New — Names written by players for legacy beasts, arts and places are now translated into every language. A name with nothing to translate, such as a handle, stays as written.
  

🖥️ Interface

• 🆕 New — A Back button (←) in the title bar takes you to the previous screen. Press it again to go further back. Your mouse's back button and Alt+← work too.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — Operator-only tools were showing on the Spirit Root and Dao Comprehension pages.
  

⚙️ Server

• 🛠️ Fix — During launch week the Courier checked the entire market once a minute for every player, which slowed the trade server for everyone. It now reads only your own parcels.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — The hourly leaderboard refresh now runs in small steps instead of one burst.
  
• 🛠️ Fix — A very large reply between the trade servers could freeze a player's connection.
