Fixed broken traffic near the oval track
Lowered the slower oval races payouts
Increased the default (medium) AI difficulty
Fixed a bug where parts would get damaged on the dyno
Added a new wiki article for circuit track tuning
Disabled volumetric clouds from "low" sky quality to help running the game on lower end GPUs
Fixed a bug with cars being parked randomly instead of how they drove into the garage (face in or face out)
Fixed issues with navigation on some roads, also affected the delivery payouts
