Hello, Gyldhunters! We plan to conduct a server maintenance update on September 23, 2026, at 08:00 UTC+0, which is expected to last approximately 2 hours. Matchmaking queues will be closed early starting on September 23, 2026, at 07:30 UTC+0. Maintenance may end ahead of schedule or be extended; we will post notifications across our community channels if schedules change. After the maintenance, you will need to update your game client via your platform's store.
New Event:
- Added the [Golden Woodling] event. Find and defeat Golden Woodlings in matches during the event for bounty rewards. This event will go live on September 24, 2026, at 02:00 (UTC+0) and last until the end of Season 1.
- Added the [7-Day Surprise] event. Log in during the event to get rewards such as Pip's Rare Pouch Voucher. This event will go live after the update and last until the end of Season 1.
- Optimized the distribution method for Season 1 Weekend Combat Supplies, changing from mail delivery to the in-game [Weekend Surprise] event. The rewards have been upgraded to Pro Combat Bag x1 and Elite Combat Bag x2, claimable weekly. This event will last until the end of Season 1.
Other New Additions:
- Added an exclusive story cutscene triggered upon acquiring the [Stardust Genesis] outfit.
- Added a scrollbar to the task list, optimizing the layout and display of the Event Task panel.
- Added an in-match display showing the current battlefield server.
- Added a report feature to Match History, allowing players to report the player who defeated them directly from the damage breakdown tab.
- [PC/Xbox] Added native support for PlayStation controllers on the PC platform.
Class Balance Adjustments and Combat Optimizations:
Mercenary:
- Reduced the damage dealt by each rock launched by the [Warhammer Sling] skill when the [Rock Scatter] talent is activated. This change does not affect charged casts when the [Powerful Rock Sling] talent is activated.
// Developer's Note: We're thrilled to see so many Gyldhunters develop high-burst combos centered around the [Rock Scatter] talent. However, its overall damage output has significantly exceeded our design expectations, so we have moderately tuned down its numbers. Our goal is to preserve the fun of this playstyle while bringing its power level back into a balanced range.
Sorcerer:
- Fixed an issue where Sorcerers hit by Blackarrow’s [Paralysis Arrow] skill could not cast [Fire Bolt], [Thunderstrike], or [Meteor Charm] before fully channeling them.
Seer:
- Fixed an issue where the Reverent Seer's dodge distance was too short.
- Fixed an issue where teammates could mistakenly be affected by runic energy after a Reverent Seer cast the [Burst Rune] skill.
- Fixed an issue where the stun duration caused by the Reverent Seer's [Opportunist Strike] talent was not affected by the [Curse] affix's attribute bonus.
- Fixed an issue where the Reverent Seer was unable to cast [Psionic Orb] immediately after performing a dodge under specific circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where pressing the [Cancel] button while casting the Blasphemer Seer's [Paralysis Sigil] skill would fail to cancel the skill execution.
- [Controller] Fixed a keybinding conflict for the Seer class where customizing the [Switch Rune] input could result in two separate skills being bound to the same button combination.
Combat Optimizations:
- Fixed an issue where, under specific circumstances, using [Breakaway] while taking continuous hits from skills like [Bloody Blade Dance], or casting skills like [Stonebreaker Slash] during the [Breakaway] window, would malfunction.
- Fixed an issue where colliding with an enemy character model while casting a skill could cause players to get stuck inside walls under specific circumstances.
Critical Fixes:
- Adjusted the terrain geometry and structural layout in certain areas to improve the overall combat experience.
- Optimized performance when characters repeatedly cross the boundaries of dynamically loaded zones, reducing the frequency of micro-stutters under these conditions.
- Optimized kill attribution rules to reduce instances where a PvP kill credit is lost due to fall damage, PvE damage, or Gyldenmist damage.
- Improved the invincibility protection mechanism for barrier teleportation during Mist Lord and Underlord Challenges; while invincible, characters are completely immune to all effects, including damage, stagger, crowd control, and debuffs.
- Fixed an issue in [Hallowgrove - Chaos Trio Mode] where reward chests earned from completing the [Underlord Speed Challenge] in the Supreme Hall area could be repeatedly opened.
Other Issues:
- Optimized the spawn logic for player gravestones, fixing an issue where characters could not interact with them to open the looting interface under specific circumstances.
- Optimized the display layout for excessively long prompt texts, which will now automatically marquee-scroll.
- Reduced the refresh frequency of recruitment messages in chat channels.
- Lowered the sound effect volume for the [Condemned] monsters trapped inside iron cages.
- Fixed an occasional issue where players could still take enemy damage during barrier teleportation despite the invincibility protection after completing Mist Lord and Underlord Challenges.
- Fixed an issue where the full-screen "Task Accepted" pop-up would still appear even if a task was abandoned mid-way or failed.
- Fixed an issue in Trio Mode where players who disconnected while in a down state during PvE, and subsequently died, failed to correctly transition into soul form.
- Fixed a collision volume issue where a dropped [Soul of Return] would physically block and obstruct character movement.
- Fixed an issue where falling off a cliff to death would prevent players from opening the game menu both while in soul form and after being revived.
- Fixed an issue where characters would get stuck after dodging at specific terrain locations.
- Fixed an issue in Hallowgrove where the "Unstuck" feature would fail to function if a character became trapped in specific terrain locations.
- Fixed an issue where players would get stuck in mid-air after falling at specific terrain locations.
- Fixed an occasional issue where characters would get stuck when moving close to chests located near the Slumbering Stronghold in Hallowgrove.
- Fixed a sound issue where nearby characters could still hear the evacuation vessel's audio loop even after a player had successfully extracted via the [Soul Ferry].
- Fixed an occasional issue causing abnormal interactions or error messages at the Fate Altar during the Soul Harvest ritual.
- Fixed a UI tooltip error that occurred in the out-of-match inventory/warehouse when clicking an item on the final page while the inventory/warehouse was completely full.
- Fixed an issue where the [Corroded Archer] monster in the Training Grounds failed to trigger a stagger animation after being parried.
- Fixed an issue on specific hardware configurations where setting the [Anti-aliasing Type] to TAAU caused graphical artifacts and flickering.
- Fixed an issue in the Loadout screen where selecting Damaged equipment would throw an erroneous "Sold Out" prompt.
- Fixed an abnormal collision issue in Brandrgarde's trap areas that caused character models to jitter uncontrollably when stepping onto them.
- Fixed a texture wrapping issue where torso tattoos would render incorrectly when wearing certain outfits.
- Fixed an issue where the Soul Dispersed screen failed to display after a player died from their soul-form timer running out.
- Fixed an issue where the Fate Chart Shop menu would erroneously pop up while navigating the Camp interface under specific circumstances.
- [Controller] Fixed an issue on the Xbox PC platform where the in-match button prompt to toggle player codenames displayed the wrong input.
- [Controller] Fixed a UI rendering issue in the Camp interface where the alpha-transparency state on the left-side list would abnormally disappear after selecting upgrade materials.
- [Controller] Fixed a visual issue where selecting a building after highlighting the Collection Pedestal on the Camp screen resulted in a bug.
- [Controller] Optimized the input responsiveness and overall navigation experience across multiple menus, including the Wardrobe, Mall, Camp, Inventory, Skills, and Loadout screens.
Previously Updated Content:
- Reduced the amount of Gyldenblod required to repair the durability of Legendary equipment and slightly reduced durability loss upon defeat.
