Players now look more recognizable, react more naturally when talking to you, and the new editor gives both us and the community much more freedom to create increasingly accurate recreations.
🙂 MAJOR FACE SYSTEM UPGRADE
We’ve completely overhauled the character creation system. The editor now includes many more hairstyles, noses, eye shapes, jaw shapes and other facial features, making it possible to create much more recognizable and varied players. We’ve also significantly improved hairstyle quality so players look much better during matches.
🗣️ PLAYERS NOW HAVE LIP SYNC
Characters now move their mouths when speaking instead of only gesturing. Conversations, complaints and interactions on the pitch feel much more natural as a result.
👤 MORE RECOGNIZABLE PLAYERS
We’ve already used the new system to improve some of the most recognizable players in the game. But we’re especially excited to see what our Discord community can do with it. We now have more than 3,000 members creating increasingly detailed squads, kits and recreations of their favorite teams.

🟨 MORE PLAYER INTERACTIONS
Players now react more often and more naturally to referee decisions. After showing a card, for example, you may have to deal with more complaints and reactions on the pitch.
🤕 NEW HEAD INJURIES
When playing as the referee, you now need to react correctly to serious blows to the head. If a heavy collision leaves a player clearly affected, holding their head and unable to continue normally, you must stop play immediately so they can receive medical attention.
🎥 NEW IN-MATCH REPLAYS IN REFEREE MODE
Great goals can now trigger in-match replays even when you’re playing as the referee, similar to what already happens in Player Mode.
We’ve also added a new button that lets you share the replay as a video with whoever you want.
🌍 NEW LANGUAGE: ARABIC
Motion Soccer is now also available in Arabic, bringing the game to 16 supported languages.
🛠️ IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES
- Fixed the VR laser being slightly misaligned in some menus.
- Improved stadium PA announcements after VAR decision changes when playing without VR.
- New RAM optimization.
- Fixed some Quest 2 issues when trying to play as the VAR referee.
- Fixed several other issues reported by our community.
