Fixed an issue where the Endo's Curse creation window would appear starting from the bottom row.
Fixed an issue where the "Use All" toggle for items could not be selected using a controller.
Added the item usage count to the confirmation window for using items of which multiple are held.
Fixed an issue where incorrect card text was displayed in the play log.
