Academy & Recruiting
Sorting the Academy Prospects board by Traits, Category, or Years to Graduation now orders by the value the column actually shows, instead of quietly doing nothing or sorting by hidden staff intel.
Free-agent applicants who age out of the recruitment pool now appear under their own "Recruitment Pool Retirements" line in the Week Summary — they're no longer miscounted among your guild's own retirements.
Completing a building that unlocks a new crafter or gatherer now brings you applicants of that actual profession and the arrival notice names the role and how many arrived (previously you were handed generic adventurers).
A scout set to watch Academy Prospects now finds the new season's arrivals the week they appear, instead of wandering onto free agents for a week first.
A career track aimed at a class a prospect's potential can never reach is now truly unselectable — the button is disabled and the choice is refused rather than silently charging you.
Multiplayer Leagues
Other guilds now show their real tier and permanent renown on the Crown Cup League standings, instead of everyone reading Tier I.
Prospects a rival enrolled, that aged out, or that churned no longer haunt your recruitment pool as un-removable ghosts each week.
Crown Cup League
Fixed a softlock where a pending league event could freeze ADVANCE WEEK with nothing to click anywhere; the disabled button's tooltip now explains the hold in plain words instead of printing an internal code ("Blocked: cclEvent"). Turning "Disable CCL Events" on in the sandbox now clears a staged event instead of leaving an invisible lock for a later week.
Combat & Quests
A quest your party wins on paper but the fight actually loses (a full wipe) is now reported as the loss it was — no more "victory" reports whose casualties resurface as a baffling mass retirement.
The faction oath panel now tells you when compliance runs out, with a countdown, and flips to AT RISK the moment a window lapses — no more jumping straight to "non-compliant for 4 weeks" with the standing penalty already spent.
A recalled Fallback Watch keeps its fortify tier and its detachment quartering slots on recall; before, once the front advanced, its walls were stranded and its slots re-locked forever.
Interface
The battle report's "Craft to fill" prompt now opens a recipe suited to the hero's class, instead of always landing on a basic iron sword for mages, healers and tanks alike.
An adventurer's "Joined the guild" date now shows their first signing, not their most recent contract renewal.
On the parchment (CleanOS) theme, disabled and blocked buttons now read dimmer than active ones — the inverted look that made the one available option seem unavailable is fixed.

BALANCE

Veterans no longer retire off a would-be-fatal blow quite so reliably — the experience bonus to that chance is now capped at +20% instead of pinning long-serving heroes near a certain retirement.
Tougher enemies carry more variety: tier-3 and higher foes, and boss-profile creatures, now roll more of their weakness and resistance traits, so elite and boss fights feel less uniform.
Fought siege sorties and gate strikes now pay their combatants a reduced share of the XP a raid would grant, instead of nothing.

The Goblin Siege
Every siege sortie you fight now plays out on screen after the Week Report, the way a garrison skirmish does — you watch it instead of reading that it happened.
Battle Reports now show the real fight numbers, the warlord is drawn at boss scale with his own portrait, his face appears on the War Table marker and the muster cards, the muster screen fits, and the gate defense opens on a real formation board.
The goblin warband now carries moment-specific paintings — a held gate and a broken gate show different art, the Week Summary siege card carries a report strip, and a named warlord's own portrait appears on the strike plate.
Progression & Rewards
Every lore Calling now ends in a named Legendary relic — five new relics join the set, closing the old threads whose "Reveals Lore" reward did nothing.
Custom Difficulty
New "No Market Purchases" toggle for a self-sufficiency run: it blocks buying from the market and the Outfitter while leaving selling, faction vendors and rival trades open.
The Academy is now tunable: separate sliders for bonus instructor slots, prospect quality and volume, and a Crown bounty for graduating F-tier students.
New Starting Gold slider.
Quality of the World
Non-boss creatures now use their proper square token art on battle boards, instead of a stretched key-art cutout.
Your template libraries — scout priorities, battle doctrines, formations and quest directives — now carry across to new games automatically (stored on your device only, with an opt-out in Guild Settings).

QUALITY OF LIFE

Readability
A unit's current ability now reads as its OVR (or a staff member's skill number), tinted by its band color, everywhere in the game — the F-through-S "Tier" letters now mean potential only, so the two numbers stop colliding.
The custom-difficulty readout now labels each slider you changed with its own name and value (and says "(defaults)" when you've changed nothing), instead of a wall of repeated "SR".
Role colors are now consistent across the whole game — Tank reads blue, Ranged reads amber, no more drift between screens.
Adventurers & Ambitions
Ambition hints on party and formation rows now name the milestone a hero is actually chasing (Drive, Calling or Ascension) with its requirement; ascended heroes are marked with a ★; and "Needs Action" is now a filter that hides fulfilled and ascended heroes rather than a confusing sort.
The adventurer dossier gains an "in battle" tempo readout, a Tournament Honors section, and clearer reward chips that name the trait family a signature reward can grant and mark ceiling-raising rewards.
Cosmetic "record" traits are now marked as such and say plainly that they grant no bonus.
Academy
Academy Faculty is now a guild-wide strip on the Prospects screen instead of being buried in one prospect's settings, the header shows seated faculty over the cap (with your total hired beside it), and the career-track picker shows each class's graduation odds with a clear note when a class is out of reach.
Screens & Controls
On-screen Back and Forward buttons now sit at the left of the tab bar to step through recently viewed tabs.
The Level-Up celebration gains a "What does leveling do?" link into Sage's Wisdom, and now fires only when a level-up crosses a multiple of 5 — a multi-level jump past a milestone still celebrates, but a jump within a band no longer pops.
Major World Event cards are rebuilt on one richer shared layout, with spec rows, a decision line and clear action buttons.
Crown Cup League
The Honors screen medallions now act as a tournament filter, match reports gain a both-sides box-score toggle, tournament bout cards resolve live faces and gear (and show level and potential), and the battle viewer steps playback speed with the arrow keys.
An "Open CCL" button now sits beside ADVANCE WEEK when a league event is waiting.
Goblin Siege muster cards get polish: a warlord-led host wears the legendary's name, taller header art, and a host power (ROVR) chip.
Trade, Deploy & the Map
The trade builder now shows, per unit, what the partner guild actually values a material at — amber below market, green above — plus a cue when their Supply list is truncated.
The quest deploy screen's injury estimate now responds to your party's OVR (a dominant party reads low instead of pinning "Severe" on boss contracts), its risk chips carry tooltips, the "recommended units" count is marked advisory, and a "Why this read" breakdown shows the factors.
The party orders panel now previews which quest your commander would auto-pick before you lock it in.
Quest and contract map markers now spawn on fitting terrain — a coastal salvage near the sea, a mountain pass near the mountains.
Small tooltips added where a glyph carried unexplained meaning: the "at ceiling" ✓ on training, the ★/☆ stat markers, and the party-picker chemistry chip; the quartermaster's upgrade chip now names the gear types your heroes want.
