This tempting jam croissant is what we've been working on lately. Jam is one of three croissant filling options currently in development, alongside cream and chocolate.
🧑💻 While working on the jam, we did our best to nail the right color, lighting, and shading for the sauce and its piping bag. Yet the biggest challenge was getting the physics of squeezing the jam from the piping bag to look natural and effortless. This included finding the most natural grip on the bag, the folds, and the compression.
