As outlined in our Early Access Roadmap (take a look at the file image_e5708d.jpg to see our past and future progress), we are keeping the momentum going and are thrilled to deliver our newest update.
New Weapon Added: ‘’Chakram’’
The Chakram brings a whole new dynamic to your anomaly arsenal.
It’s basically spinning discs of bloodbath that offer a much faster combat. You can easily unlock the Chakram directly from the Permanent Upgrades menu and begin spinning it with endless vengeance.
Alongside the new weapon, we've also introduced some much-requested quality-of-life updates, polished up the audio, and balance adjustments for smoother runs.
An input has been added to the Base scene, allowing you to quickly show or hide the exterior of the bus.
"Credits" have been added to the main menu.
New sound effects have been added to make your experience even more immersive.
Various bug fixes and improvements.
Speedrun Contest 2: Raid the Media Building AGAIN!
This news also marks the beginning of Anomaly President Speedrun Contest: THE SEQUEL!
It is time to put your presidential combat skills to the test once again. The second speedrun event will run from September 18th (Fri 16:00 UTC) to September 21st (Mon 16:00 UTC).
Here are the official rules to enter:
Finish the Raid the Media Building run as fast as you can.
Record your gameplay with a timer on screen.
Upload it to YouTube with a clear title.
Put your Discord ID and Steam profile link in the description.
Post the video in the designated channel on our Discord server.

WHAT’S NEW SO FAR?
We’re right on track with our Anomaly President Early Access roadmap and planning to expand the ways you play in every aspect. Here’s a quick recap of what’s new in Anomaly President so far!
New Weapons!
Greataxe was the most recent weapon before Chakram joined the anomaly arsenal. It’s a colossal anomaly weapon that deals solid damage against multiple enemies. It’s become a favorite for our players!
New Enemies: Pufferfish and Flombie
The Pufferfish fires heavy ranged attacks and self-destructs once you take them down. We've also added the Flombie, a very persistent new enemy focused to slow you down and always keep you on your toes with surprise burst attacks.
New Campaign Bus Room: The Exchange
The new campaign bus room allows you to easily trade and swap resources with one another to optimize your speed of progression.
Mid-Run Shop: Fluffy Merchant
You can now encounter the Fluffy Merchant during your runs. This allows you to spend your resources on critical, life-saving upgrades like extra health right when you need it most.
