[p align="start"]This update is mostly a hotfix from the previous update while also introducing some changes to spells

Visuals

Fixed Eternal Black Flame renders in front of fog
Fixed VRoid Avatar have wrong color if it use Material tint color
Fixed Time and Weather does not sync in Duel/Team Arena
Cosmic Slash domain now renders on top of environment

Battle

Atomic Stun decreased from 6s -> 5s
Cosmic Slash now stun enemies for 5s when they enter the domain
Shorten the default chant for Babylon's Arsenal and Quick Slash
Lower the health of Barrier that protect Doom Grimoire in FFA Mode

Others

Fixed Goddess Blessing shows unfinished spells
