Bug fixes
Fix for projectiles that attach not sticking to players at close range.
Fix for Body foundation giving handling speed at the incorrect level (even low level Body was getting this bonus).
Fix for various tooltips.
Changes and additions
Deadbolt Receiver and VX accelerator can be held for 0.5 seconds on full charge, to give a little bit of room for timing shots.
Adjustments to projectile lag compensation radius (lower pings will get less benefit than current).
Akanami limb damage multiplier from 0.75 > 1.0x, nearby enemy speed bonus range from 10 > 15m.
Dusters defense and damage reduction bypass from 25% > 50%.
Fists and Dusters bleed multiplier from 1 > 0.5x.
Stealth weapon damage bonus (25% increased damage from behind) now also applies from any direction if the target has not yet damaged you. Both bonuses now also apply to melee damage.
TTK gains the backup weapon 25% reduced direct damage received passive.
Backup weapon passive bonuses added to tooltips.
Minimum body impact damage (low speed) from 25 > 5 (less damage on slower impacts).
Rhino (tying more functionality to defense)
Resilient Momentum from 100% reduced movement speed penalties > 0-100% reduced movement speed penalties proportional to defense from 0-100%.
Reactive cladding gains 15% of melee and body impact damage dealt restored to defense and max defense.
Reactive cladding gains 0-50% reduced backup weapon damage dealt proportional to defense from 100-0% (downside).
Hydra:
Regenetics head and limb vitals damage received restored from 2 > 5s after last received damage (moving more to out of combat regeneration).
Temporal Suspension damage reduction now only applies to defense.
