Maintenance Begins

The following changes are planned for Ver. 1.0.20. Some details may be added or revised before maintenance.
League Battles
Added League Battles, a major new feature in MPIG.
You will be automatically matched against monster parties or other players’ parties. Battle results affect your Rating and League.
Up to 100 League Battles can be played automatically each day.
Battles grant Coins. Daily League ranking rewards include Boss Tickets or Random Boxes.
League results will appear in the offline summary. The Steam Store description will also be updated.
Rankings, Nicknames & Titles
Stage Ranking: Highest Stage reached and clear time.
League Ranking: Rating.
Nicknames can contain 2–10 characters. Inappropriate language will be restricted.
Your selected Title appears above your name in rankings and provides no stat bonuses.
Hero Formation & Skills
Added options to rearrange your formation and exclude Heroes from the active party. Changes apply when the next Stage begins.
Only Heroes in the active party earn EXP.
A Knight-only formation counts toward the Solo Developer achievement when the Stage begins.
Added Skill Presets and −, +, and Max buttons for Active Skills.
Trade Vessel & Steam Community Market
Materials listed on the Market remain in their Sell Deposit slots until sold.
Free selling slots increase from 2 to 4: two unlock one week after the first login, and the remaining two after two weeks.
Accounts with one free slot already unlocked immediately receive one additional slot; the remaining two unlock at the two-week mark.
Trying to retrieve a listed item now explains that the listing must be canceled first.
The incorrect 6-hour retrieval time in Help is corrected to 12 hours.
Added refresh and remaining-wait displays to the Inbox. The storage button now opens your Steam Inventory.
Automation Pack
Auto Combine starts from the highest Blacksmith level range currently unlocked.
Added an upper-limit option for Auto Combine and updated Start/Stop buttons to match the Mage Tower controls.
Blacksmith & Risk Enchant
Added Risk Enchant for higher-grade Enchantments. It expands the possible stat range, but a failed attempt has a 50% chance to destroy the Gear.
Regular Enchantments without destruction remain unchanged.
Compatible non-Gear items can now be dragged into the Blacksmith.
Added an option to skip regular Enchant confirmations. Risk Enchant confirmations always appear.
Rewards & Collections
The first clear of an X-9 Stage after the update grants 2 Boss Tickets for that difficulty. Previous clears are not rewarded retroactively.
Boss Tickets can now be sold.
Gear above a Collection’s required grade now counts toward completion. Previously recorded higher-grade acquisitions count retroactively.
Offline rewards now use the Stage selected before logout instead of the highest cleared Stage. Additional edge cases were fixed.
Combat Changes
Skills cannot be changed during boss battles. Removing an Active Skill immediately removes its related effects.
Warrior reflected damage now appears in the Damage Meter. The visual effect for the Mage’s God’s Wrath was updated.
Changing World difficulty no longer changes your selected Stage.
UI, Help & Optimization
Improved the clarity of regular and outlined fonts.
Added Status help for damage calculations, Defense, Elemental Resistance, and Damage Reduction.
For Gear below Epic, the trade restriction now correctly states that its grade prevents trading.
Currency displays using G are replaced by the Coin icon and amount.
Fixed the option for disabling sale confirmations and reduced unnecessary server database updates.
Early Player Appreciation Rewards
Thank you to everyone who has been with MPIG. Appreciation rewards will be based on your progress when maintenance begins.
Eligibility & Reward Criteria
Eligibility period: September 4 at 09:00 UTC – September 11 at 09:00 UTC.
Accounts with login or activity records during this period are eligible.
Rewards are based on the highest difficulty and Act unlocked when maintenance begins. Each eligible account receives the corresponding reward once.
Material Chest Rewards
Normal: Normal Material Chest — Act 1 ×3 / Act 2 ×4 / Act 3 ×5 / Act 4 ×6
Hard: Intermediate Material Chest — Act 1 ×3 / Act 2 ×4 / Act 3 ×5 / Act 4 ×6
Nightmare: Advanced Material Chest — Act 1 ×3 / Act 2 ×4 / Act 3 ×5 / Act 4 ×6
Hell: Superior Material Chest — Act 1 ×3 / Act 2 ×4 / Act 3 ×5 / Act 4 ×6
For example, an account with Hell Act 2 unlocked receives 4 Superior Material Chests. These are the same Material Chests used for League ranking rewards.
Coin Rewards (Act 1 → Act 4)
Normal: 20,000 / 30,000 / 40,000 / 50,000
Hard: 60,000 / 70,000 / 80,000 / 90,000
Nightmare: 100,000 / 110,000 / 120,000 / 130,000
Hell: 140,000 / 160,000 / 180,000 / 200,000
How to Claim
Rewards will be delivered through the in-game Mailbox after maintenance. Coins and Material Chests may arrive in multiple messages.
Please claim them within 14 days. If your inventory is full, free some space and try again.
