Melee weapons are now lethal on upper limb hits as well as body hits.
Downed players now appear on the minimap.
Periscopes now have a shorter cooldown than other static weapons.
Added a cooldown to resupplying from stretcher and ammo bearer backpacks.

The Bull achievement can now be earned with any weapon, as long as you are charging.
