Fix for weapons not automatically rechambering if fired while scan strafing.
Fix for melee AI enemies not attacking players.
Changes and additions
Augmented Nano-Wire now has its own cooldown separate from standard Nano-Wire.
Anchor can activated again to prematurely stop it moving mid flight (hands free).
Hydra from increased debuff duration and bleed damage received > increased debuff duration and damage received (burn, shell shock and corrode will now do additional damage with stacks).
Corrode defense damage from 5 > 5% max defense per tick.
Chemical Warfare from 25 > 50% of defense damage to vitals.
Firecracker air activation is now hands free (quicker to activate).
Tox grenade gains hands free air activation.
Relocator is now hands free.
