Patch 0.41.01 — D.E.C.A.Y. News

At the request of players, a fast travel system has been added, allowing you to travel from the base directly to the observation towers - Posts 01, 02, 03, and 04. To unlock a fast travel point, you must reach the corresponding tower and activate the observation post located there. Once activated, you will be able to instantly travel to that location from the base using the new Wasteland map monitor.

Added new quest №00-01/PO “OBSERVATION POST ACTIVATION”.
Added new quest №00-02/PO “OBSERVATION POST ACTIVATION”.
Added new quest №00-03/PO “OBSERVATION POST ACTIVATION”.
Added new quest №00-04/PO “OBSERVATION POST ACTIVATION”.
A new monitor with a map of the Wasteland has been installed at the base. It allows you to instantly travel to any previously activated observation post, bypassing the regular base exit. This will make it much faster to reach the desired part of the map.
Added a new note at the base: “OPERATOR PERSONAL LOG. DAY 143”.

Fixes and Improvements:

Reworked the chance of finding modifiers. It now directly depends on the level of the “Lucky” perk. Modifiers can still be found in rifts, but the higher the perk level, the greater the chance of discovering them.
At the request of one player, the color of the base transition marker has been changed from red to green so that it no longer gives the false impression that the point is dangerous.
The marker color on all observation towers, also known as posts, has also been changed from red to green.
Fixed an issue where the “Judges” could respawn some time after completing the corresponding quest.
Fixed the display of the “Regenex” description on the internal market.
Fixed the display of the “BuffRx” description on the internal market.
Reworked note rendering. Previously, a note lying in the world appeared as a blank white sheet, with its contents becoming visible only after it was picked up. The text on notes is now always visible.
