This patch fixes a crash, fixes fog, fixes NPCs positions after world transitions, improves controller support slightly, adds a min level to ravines and pools, and fixes several other minor issues.

fixed a way that liches could raise dead on the player and cause a crash and other issues (Nekot The Brave)

fixed some NPC stay in houses issues across world transitions
fixed player turning sometimes when not supposed to when using a controller
now ravines have a min level of 10
now starting liquid pools have a min level of 5
now traps and dangerous chests minimum spawn distance from house deeds is doubled (Dafri)
now useable plants are easier to use when overlapping other objects
fixed Mithril early clumps MinLevel being 90 instead of 80 (glug)
can now use vials on lifestones
can now get more higher end health/mana potions on health/mana stones
fixed not being able to use Sonic Jump as a minor augment (Glenn/IchigoMait)
fixed smart mining key not working (IchigoMait)
no longer show quest available or solved icons on NPC locations screen (Nekot The Brave)
