Electricity and gamepad hotfix

  1. Fixed problems with the electricity system. Maybe not all of them, but the most critical ones.
  2. Improved gamepad support on PC: the game now picks up a gamepad automatically when you connect it.
  3. Fixed a gamepad bug where the compass wouldn't go away.
  4. Added a virtual cursor so you can control the cursor with a gamepad in the inventory.
  5. Added key bindings for quick drop and quick move in the settings.
  6. Added the option to rebind the LootAll button.
  7. You can now put up wallpaper on all walls with doorways and windows.
